Fisker Automotive + $528 Million in Government Loans

The AP is reporting that the United States Federal Government has approved conditional loans of $538 million dollars to Fisker Automotive.

That is some serious cash! They appear to be very similar to Tesla, except that their vehicles are hybrid, not 100% electric.
