The Tesla Sedan is being unveiled tomorrow - a very exciting development in the world of electric cars! I'll blog more about this tomorrow after the unveiling.

UPDATE: The Tesla "Model S" was unveiled without much fanfare. I scanned a bunch of blogs and most of the audience comments expressed exhaustion at announcements and requested action: "deliver an affordable electric car and it will sell".

Will the Model S be affordable at $60,000 (minus significant tax incentives)? I'd venture to say yes. Considering how well the Prius has sold, I bet the Model S will deliver enviable performance and luxury and will be purchased in droves. If its ever manufactured in high quantities, that is.
