2004 Gas Prices

Isn't it surprising to think that today's gas prices are about the same as they were almost five years ago? Here's a picture I took in the summer of 2004:

Up close on the price sign, you can see its $1.89:

Wow, and only a few months ago gas was almost four dollars a gallon!
