The Corolla Failed Inspection

Published about 4 years ago

Oh woe is me, my Toyota Corolla failed inspection. Actually its not too big of a deal, it was a safety issue, the tires were balding and I was well aware of it. I had previously rotated my tires the in opposite directions, resulting in one of my tires being in good shape. So I ordered three tires, at around $86.10 a piece, for a total of around $280 - mounted and balanced.

I'm sure I could have gotten a better deal, but this shop I go to is right down the street which makes it very convenient. I did some shopping around - NTB, Town Fair Tire, and Sears, and they were all in the same ball park. I didn't feel like spending the time to price everything out and just went local.
