Why does no one care about traffic?

The problem with energy consumption during traffic is that it is 100% waste. It does us no good. Maybe with hybrids the engine can shut off and you can use the electrical engine to stop and go.

Productivity

While its tempting to read a newspaper, talk on your cell phone, or work on your laptop while in traffic, its a terrible idea. Doing so will most likely result in another accident! Don't do it - pay attention to the road.
