Vermont Rest Areas have Wi-Fi

I'm really impressed - Vermont rest areas on their highways have Wi-fi! I tried, but couldn't connect. My browser was trying to load a page with the title "Nomad" which is likely some sort of captive portal system, but it was unable to fully load the page. It might have been my browser though, I was using Camino on a Mac. Along those lines I was able to ping a public ip address and do DNS lookups, so connectivity was there, I was just getting filtered.
