Closed my Lukoil business account

I just got off the phone with Patty, a customer service representative for Lukoil card member services. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. After I explained to her why I wanted to cancel (I haven't used the card in over a year and it has a $10 annual fee) she waived the renewal fee I was being charged for having the card through next year, and cancelled my account.

Thanks Patty! If my company ever gets more vehicles on the road, I'll definitely consider using your company again.
